During this journey we completed lots of corporate Training for this software and establish Hundreds of license in the industrial world and make them comfortable to develop machines / Pumps / MOLDS / CNC Programming etc.

We have immense technology range from 3D Scanner for Blue Light Scanner/ Laser SCANNER , Vision inspection Machine / Handy Probe for 3D Scanning / Reverse engineering / 3D Inspection which are main core area requirements for Automobile / Heavy Engineering / Defense / Aerospace / Tool & Die Making & Product Design etc.
In Year 2013 Suncad became an Associate Partner with ZW3D / Solid works In Year 2013 Suncad introduce new Course for “Diploma In Digital Design & Manufacturing” this course is providing job oriented technical training to engineering Students/10th or 12th school/ Machine Operator/ ITI’S and to make them industry ready.
In order to enhance the significant career opportunities & Technological knowledge, SUNCAD – Technology Center is organizing an exclusive practical oriented ‘FINISHING SCHOOL IN Diploma in Design & Manufacturing six months intensive course wherein the engineers are trained on production CNC Machine at metrology equipment’s with a hands –on approach. The major topics covered include reading an engineering drawing, GD&T, Limits, fits at tolerances, process planning, selection of cutting tools & optimizing machining parameters, CNC Programming, CNC Machine operation & machining , Metrology, CMM, CAD/CAM system, tool management system, work holding accessories. Industrial Visit are organized to give exposure to live production environment. Successful candidate receive SUNCAD Certificate which is valued across metal working industry in India.
In the Year 2014, Suncad introduce 3D Printing technology and invested in 3D Printing to give service for product development. With continue this effort, we have invested more in bigger size machine which can print 3d models up to 500 mm cubical are. With this technology upgradation , we are conducting lots of sevral educational seminar for ITI’S / Diploma / or BE students.
